Dr. Y.S.R. Murthy appointed member of Haryana State Higher Education Council

Professor (Dr.) Y.S.R. Murthy, Registrar, JGU has been appointed as a member of the Haryana State Higher Education Council constituted by the Higher Education Department, Government of Haryana.

Amit Lahiri invited by IICA to conduct workshop on Business Case for Sustainability

Professor Amit Lahiri, Chief Sustainability officer, JGU has been invited to conduct a workshop on ‘Business Case for Sustainability’ by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) for nine senior executives of leading Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs). This is part of a 5-day IICA Indo-Singapore Capacity Building and Training (CBT) Programme under the Governance for Sustainability initiative, developed for directors on boards of PSEs, CSR heads and sustainability professionals.

Dr. Shubhasree Bhattacharyya, Assistant Professor, Centre for Writing Studies, JGU was invited to deliver a lecture on Stories of Listening Songs in the Music Archive: A Nepal India Connection jointly organised by Madan Puraskar Pustakalaya and Martin Chautari at Martin Chautari Educational Research Centre, Kathmandu, Nepal.
